刘斯翰，祖籍广东中山，1947年生，号童轩，岭南著名诗人、学者。出版过《曲江集校注》、《海绡词笺注》、《汉赋：唯美文学之潮》、《史与诗》等著作十多种，有《童轩词》一卷。曾任广东省《学术研究》杂志社主编，广州《诗词报》总编辑。
