陈锦汉（1853—1924），字名立，号倬云，又号韩山山人。海阳（今潮州市）人。光绪二十三年拔贡。关于陈锦汉的生平，其宗侄陈清《倬云先生像赞》称其：“少聪敏，力学好问。弱冠与长兄锦江公同补邑庠，越数年，补增食饩。试则冠军，蜚声庠序，人咸目为翰苑中人。然文憎于命，棘闱屡困，迨年四十四拔萃文场，因丁外艰，不得廷试。服阕后援例截取知县，分发江西候用，旋迁即用直隶州知州，谢职终养。生平笃孝友，敦气谊，精周易，工楷书，诗赋又擅名一时，有《四如堂诗集》行世。”
