陈璧，字玉苍、佩苍、雨苍，晚号苏斋，(今闽侯县南通镇苏坂村)人。清咸丰二年(1852年)六月十九日生，17岁中秀才。光绪元年(1875年)赴考，以“经文策问冠场”，得中举人。光绪三年进士及第，光绪十四年任内阁中书，光绪十五年简放湖北主考官、光绪十六年补宗人府主事、光绪十八年升礼部铸印司员外郎。于民国十七年（1928）逝世。
