冯君辉（1868-1935），字光烈，一字补吾，清末秀才。江苏无锡东亭仓下村人，后移居城中七尺场。以古文诗词见长，亦工书画。长年教授乡里，曾为华鸿模家塾师，授华绎之，继在荡口果育学堂任教。为当时无锡名师，也培育了诸福棠、秦古柳、诸祖耿等无锡名人。有《亦庵居士诗稿》行世。惜大部分已经散失，仅存诗几十首。
