双眸炯炯秋水清，一旦忽作盲左盲。病之始作由外患，癣疥偶发微且轻。
当时良医用药猛，瞑眩奏效如空青。譬之杀贼务杀尽，方免流毒殃民生。
忽有庸医在旁笑，执中用药须和平。一时过听得小愈，渐觉障翳遮星星。
虽未□□作双瞽，视近则见远则瞑。噬脐之悔嗟已晚，所恨俗见殊冥冥。
囊钱告竭庸手退，良医蹙额悲纷更。此时急须补元气，欲投恶石先参苓。
憬然再拜谨受教，敢乞大宝还光明。清光大来云雾去，刮膜似点飞龙睛。
乃知小道有至理，无怪和缓享盛名。
