泊舟既初定，汛炮声连连。老幼集如蚁，知是赈恤船。
黄九手招邀，小艇呼来前。劝我且登岸，实地心无悬。
从者皆不可，云我乃大员。浪涌百丈高，舟小一叶扁。
岂可冒险阻，而令大事捐。其言亦中听，余心不谓然。
姑令黄九试，来去飞翩迁。抱印送同登，海水衣裳湔。
渔人脱蓑笠，覆我亦可怜。父老遮相迓，环拜焚香烟。
云有小祠宇，可以暂周旋。到岸转晕眩，欲语无由宣。
坐定问疾苦，父老双泪流。谓遭去年旱，颗粒不得收。
谓遭去年风，禾麻皆无秋。谓遭去年雨，咸水飞飕䬟。
谓遭去年寒，肢体成伛偻。觅食无去所，讨海难自由。
非惟人死伤，灾及鸡犬牛。虽有贤父母，钱谷时相赒。
吾民饥者众，有惠奚能周。残冬强支拄，新岁谁绸缪。
海舶不得来，海风不肯休。闻公劳远涉，老民欢且忧。
望公如望岁，厥疾今其瘳。闻言心孔悲，我亦涕盈眸。
告民且勿忧，圣恩实周瞻。大吏闻报书，夙夜咨昏垫。
偏灾已入告，命余来勘验。府库出帑金，实惠定遍沾。
既已济尔食，且当贷尔欠。况有台阳米，两地相并兼。
薯乾与金钱，可以资属餍。缘余阻风涛，劳民远挂念。
尔民其少安，暂归尔澳堑。明当发仓储，小大无忒僭。
父老各欣欣，口中犹念念。东家献茶汤，西家荐帷幨。
帷幨破且洁，茶汤苦且酽。令余心忘危，受之愧生忝。
行李络绎来，僮仆相踵至。斗室不能容，何必求全备。
扫地供爨炊，庋床商位置。一夕亦纷纷，僮仆太多事。
连宵履虚无，今得踏实地。散步海之涯，墙东见萧寺。
庙貌何颓唐，败壁张告示。累累数百言，一字一珠泪。
劝民相赒恤，劝民相借遗。读之未终篇，贤哉叹循吏。
所以滨海民，饥死无诽议。归来不成餐，一觉觅熟睡。
回视所乘船，门前孔颠坠。痛定复思痛，中心犹怖悸。
