谢直，一名希孟，字古民，号晦斋，黄岩（今属浙江）人。孝宗淳熙十一年（一一八四）进士。历太社令，大理司直（《嘉定赤城志》卷三三）。宁宗嘉定十五年（一二二二）由添差嘉兴府通判罢（《宋会要辑稿》职官七五之三一）。清光绪《黄岩县志》卷二○有传。今录诗十七首。
