（1083—1142）高密人，徙居潍州北海，字叔厚，一字处厚。徽宗政和八年进士。自幼聪颖，十岁能为邑人作墓铭。调淄县主簿，为太学正，迁博士，摄给事中。高宗南渡，授中书舍人，知漳、明州。累除翰林学士。所撰诏命数百，文简意明。以宝文阁直学士知绍兴府，适金人入侵，督缮城郭，厉甲兵，用心劳苦。后退居台州。平生廉俭寡欲，潜心辞章，洞晓音律。有《北海集》。
