（1041—1119）福州福清人，字介夫，号大庆居士、一拂居士。英宗治平四年进士。调光州司法参军。秩满入京，对王安石言新法不便。久之，监安上门。神宗熙宁七年，久旱不雨，流民扶携塞道，绘流民图上之，奏请罢新法，次日，新法罢去者十有八事。吕惠卿执政，又上疏论之，谪汀州编管，徙英州。哲宗立，始得归。元符七年，再贬英州。徽宗立，赦还，复故官，旋又为蔡京所夺，遂不复出。有《西塘集》。
