王同祖，字与之，号花洲，金华（今属浙江）人，余嵘孙婿。幼年侍父宦游，弱冠入金陵幕府，时嘉熙二年。历朝散郎、大理寺主簿（刘克庄《龙学余尚书神道碑》），淳祐九年，通判建康府。十年，添差沿江制置司机宜文字。
