脱胎换骨的典故

夺胎换骨原是道家的说法即吃了金丹换去凡骨凡胎后成仙。古代文人借用以前古文的意思用自己的语言去表达，黄庭坚认为这是换骨法，深入研究古文的原意进一步加以刻划形容，这叫夺胎法。也有人说不蹈古人一言一句，用夺胎换骨法可以点铁成金。
