市无二价的成语故事

西汉末年，王莽得到“安汉公”封号后就毒死汉平帝，自称假皇帝，立2岁的刘婴为太子。他梦想自己能当真皇帝，派8个风俗使下去了解民情。这些风俗使回京讨好王莽说百姓们丰衣足食、盗贼绝迹，真是道不拾遗、夜不闭户，市场买卖公平，市无二价。
