从前有个小偷发现人家家门口挂着一口很大的铜钟，他想偷但一个人搬不动，想把他敲碎卖碎铜，担心敲钟时别人听到声音而偷不成，终于想出一个绝妙的主意，就是把自己的耳朵用棉花塞住听不到声音，结果偷窃时被当场逮住。
