古代杜陵少年韦固，一天在路上遇到一个靠着红布囊席地而坐的老人，觉得奇怪，就去问老人。老人说他是主管天下婚姻的，囊中的红绳是用来将夫妻的脚系在一起的，不管他们两人相隔多远，终究会走到一起的，如果断裂就夫妻离散。
