管宁割席的典故

汉朝末年，读书人管宁与华歆从小在一起读书，是非常要好的朋友。但两人性格不一样，管宁读书刻苦，不贪慕富贵，华歆行事浮躁，羡慕荣华富贵，渐渐地管宁厌恶他，就把两人共坐的席子割成两半，分席而坐，从此两人断绝交情。
