博士买驴的典故

当时有个博士，熟读四书五经，满肚子都是经文。他非常欣赏自己，做什么事都要咬文嚼字一番。

有一天，博士家的一头驴子死了，就到市场上去买一头。双方讲好价后，博士要卖驴的写一份凭据。卖驴的表示自己不识字，请博士代写，博士马上答应。 卖驴的当即借来笔墨纸砚，博士马上书写起来。他写得非常认真，过了好长时间，三张纸上都是密密麻麻的字，才算写成。卖驴的请博士念给他听，博士干咳了一声，就摇头晃脑地念了起来，过路人都围上来听。

过了好半天，博士才念完凭据。卖驴的听后，不理解地问他说：“先生写了满满三张纸，怎么连个驴字也没有呀？其实，只要写上某月某日我卖给你一头驴子，收了你多少钱，也就完了，为什么唠唠叨叨地写这么多呢？”

在旁观看的人听了，都哄笑起来。这件事传开后，有人编了几句讽刺性的谚语：“博士买驴，书卷三纸，未有驴字。”
